Refund and Return Policy for Being Healthier Mission Online Coaching Services
At Being Healthier Mission, your satisfaction with our online coaching services is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help! We aim to make the refund and cancellation process as straightforward and friendly as possible.
Refunds
Eligibility:
- You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your coaching package within 15 days of purchase and before attending any sessions.
- If you have attended 3 or more sessions, refunds will be prorated based on the number of sessions attended and the remaining sessions in the package.
- If You have attended 2/3rd sessions or more, there will be no refunds except for emergency cases. But, don’t worry. The remaining sessions can be adjusted further as per schedule availability.
How to Request a Refund:
- Contact our customer support team at support@beinghealthiermission.com to request a refund.
- Include your Contact Details, order number, coaching package details, and the refund request’s reason.
- Our team will review your request and process your refund within 7-10 business days.
Cancellations
Single Session Cancellations:
- If you need to cancel a single coaching session, please notify your coach at least 24 hours in advance.
- Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund, except in emergencies.
Package Cancellations:
- If you wish to cancel a coaching package after attending one or more sessions, contact our support team at support@beinghealthiermission.com.
- Refunds for canceled packages will be prorated based on the number of sessions attended and the remaining sessions in the package.
Rescheduling Sessions
- We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule a session, please contact your coach directly at least 24 hours in advance.
- Sessions rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited, except in emergencies.
Non-Refundable Services
- Please note that some services, such as downloadable resources, ebooks, and other digital content provided as part of the coaching package, are non-refundable.
